Terms and Conditions

1. Quotation Validity

This quotation is valid for 7 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. The quoted rates are applicable only for the complete quantities and product combination mentioned in the quotation. Rates may change if individual items or reduced quantities are ordered.

2. Prices and Freight

All prices are ex-shop, Jaipur. GST, freight, transportation, loading, unloading and insurance shall be charged extra, as applicable, unless specifically included in the quotation.

3. Payment and Material Readiness

Material shall be processed only after receipt and confirmation of payment. Material may take up to 3 working hours to be picked, checked and packed after payment, unless otherwise specified.

4. Stock Availability

The quotation is prepared based on stock availability at the time of issuance. Stock is not reserved against the quotation. In case of a delay between quotation and payment, availability must be checked and reconfirmed before payment or order processing. If payment is received and any item is subsequently unavailable, we may offer an alternative product, revised delivery timeline, credit adjustment or refund.

5. Stock and Delivery

Availability and delivery timelines are subject to stock, supplier confirmation and transport availability. Delays caused by manufacturers, transporters or circumstances beyond our control shall not be our responsibility. Material shall travel at the buyer’s risk once handed over to the transporter.

6. Inspection and Claims

The customer must verify the quantity, model, rating, condition and specifications at the time of delivery or collection. Any shortage, damage or incorrect supply must be reported in writing within 24 hours. Claims may not be accepted after the material has been installed, used, cut or altered.

7. Return Policy

• Factory-packed and unopened bundles of Polycab single-core wires may be considered for return within 45 days from the invoice date.
• Other standard items may be considered for return within 7 days from the invoice date, provided they are unused, unopened, undamaged and in their original saleable packaging.
• The original invoice must be produced for all returns.
• Approved returns may be settled through replacement, credit note or adjustment against future purchases. Freight, handling, testing or supplier deductions may be adjusted.
• In case of payment refunds, payment will be credited only to the billing entity’s bank account. No refunds to personal bank accounts or cash payments will be entertained, irrespective of original payment method.
• Acceptance of any return is subject to inspection and the final discretion of the management, subject to applicable law.

8. CTL Cables

CTL cables, only when explicitly mentioned on the quotation, are as per CTL. We bear no responsibility of it getting passed. We do not guarantee acceptance or approval by any consultant, contractor, project authority, inspection agency or end customer. Custom-cut or specially manufactured cables shall not be returnable.

9. Technical Suitability

Product selection and application remain the customer’s responsibility unless expressly confirmed by us in writing. Any recommendation is based on information provided by the customer and should be verified by the customer’s consultant, contractor or technical representative.

10. Warranty

Products shall carry only the warranty provided by the respective manufacturer. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms, inspection and approval. Complaints need to be made directly to the company’s toll-free number. All toll-free numbers are mentioned on the product and our bills.

11. Order Cancellation

Orders for custom-cut, specially procured, customised or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once processing or procurement has started. Other cancellations are subject to management approval and deduction of expenses already incurred.

12. Liability and Jurisdiction

Our liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the invoice value of the specific material concerned. We shall not be liable for indirect losses, labour charges, installation costs, project delays or loss of business. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
